Do you have any questions about Kyriba training? You have come to the right place. Below, you will find answers to the most frequently asked questions regarding our training programs. TRAINING
Where can I train?
Training can be conducted virtual in our Kyriba offices in EMEA (Paris or London) or North America (San Diego). Except when otherwise indicated, all training are held remotely via Zoom.
How big are the sessions proposed?
Number of attendees is limited to 20, this gives our trainers sufficient time to dedicate to each attendee.
Which language is used during the training?
Unless otherwise indicated, trainings are conducted in English.
Do you provide training in other languages?
We can provide French and Spanish speaking trainings on demand, however please be aware that all supporting materials used during these sessions and the certification exam are in English.
Do you have availability for in person training?
In person trainings are mostly available on demand. If you have 6 or more people available and interested, we are more happy to schedule a training on your premises or in one of our locations.
Is there a trainer for every training session?
Every live training session has a trainer that will support the session full time. Elearning classes are self paced without a instructor.
Will we do hands on during the training?
Yes, our trainers will provide a series of hands-on training opportunities that will enhance your overall experience with the Kyriba application.
CERTIFICATION
At what level is certification held?
Certification is held at the individual level.
What is the minimum score for certification?
Seventy-five percent is the minimum score to confirm your knowledge in the application.
If I do not achieve 75 percent, what happens?
You will have to re-take the ELMS courses, you can request a follow up call with a Kyriba trainer to review knowledge gaps and retake the test via the proctoring tool.
What if I fail the second attempt?
You need to sign up for a next full training session.
How long does it take to achieve certification?
Certification can be achieved in as little as 3 days (Payments: On-demand pre-work required via our own ELMS) and as long as 5 days (Core Bank and Cash training).

FLEXIBILITY
I am a Kyriba user interested in taking ad-hoc deep dive sessions at my own pace: can I accumulate enough deep-dives to achieve full certification in a module?
If you complete the all the deep-dive sessions required to achieve certification in a specific module within a year of taking the first training, you will be a candidate for ce#rtification.
CANCELLATION
Cancellation policy
You can cancel your registration up to 15 days before the training starts. Any training cancelled after this time period will be charged at full price plus appliable taxes.
How do I cancel my registration to a training?
Look for your confirmation email from kyriba.academy@kyriba.com with subject “Registration Confirmed: Kyriba Cash Management Certification”. After the session list of the email you can manage your registration. Please click cancel and follow the steps and you will get a confirmation that your attendance has been cancelled.
Can I switch which class will I attend?
Any changes need to be applied 15 days prior to the training taking place, if you fail to make the change in due time, you will be subject to a full price training charge plus appiliable taxes.
